Renewed cooperation with Skagerak and victory in the Kragerø Supersprint

On wednesday june 17, I had a nice lunch at Kafé Osebro in Porsgrunn with Thorleif Leifsen, director of communicatons at Skagerak Energi. He informed me that Skagerak wish to continue our cooperation. I really appreciate that, since Skagerak’s sponsorship is very important to me. I also visited Skagerak, where I got some great gifts from Ruhne Nilssen. Then I spent some lovely days at Stathelle before I went to Stabbestad and Quality Spa and Resort on Friday. In the evening, I attended a boatride in the Kragerø archipelago, organised by Roger Holte, in connection with the ski festival. Saturday, there was a ski race around the "Blindtarmen". Marit won, whereas Marthe and Kristin finished second and third. Eldar won the men's race. Om the 100 meter super sprint, Ola and I were the fastest. It's always great fun to win in Kragerø. This year was the 25th anniversary, and Øystein “Pølsa” did a great job as toast master at the banquet. Roger was applauded for his efforts for this festival. He has now chosen to retire, to allow young blood to take over, but I sincerely hope that the festival will persist.
